Quiet Studio

A fully private studio one floor below street level. You get your own entrance, bathroom, and full kitchen, with no shared space at all. There are two small windows, so natural light is limited, but the airflow is good, and AC is there anytime you want it. Being below street level also blocks out street noise, which makes for a genuinely good night's sleep.
